Have you ever wanted to remake yourself, your body, your mental strength, your accountability, your consistency, your attitude toward exercise⁉️ I could go on, but you get the idea.
YANA can impact all of those desires to change. It just starts with one decision: I think I’ll try YANA just to see what happens.
That’s what I did. I decided to join YANA shortly after my husband of 25 years passed from this life into the Heavenly Kingdom. Although I have 3 sons, I was alone most of the time. I wanted to exercise but didn’t want to go to the gym, especially at night.
YANA provided a safe environment to exercise with other people yet to be invisible if I didn’t want to be seen. There was some conversational interaction so we began looking forward to every YANA meet up.
Amazingly, my body began to gain strength, especially in planking. My body hates planking‼️ But, my mind loved the results.
Whatever might be keeping you from trying YANA…overcome that resistance for one week…for two weeks…then decide on a more consistent basis.
I know, I loved my time with my YANA group. AND…I loved the results and the experience.
