SKINVIG MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Effective Upon Enrollment

By enrolling in any Skinvig Membership (Silver, Gold, Rooted, or MARUQ), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. This agreement protects both you and Skinvig by ensuring clarity, consistency, and fairness.

 

1. NONREFUNDABLE PAYMENTS

All membership payments are nonrefundable.
Payments are applied toward the products, services, or credits included in your membership tier.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused credits, missed shipments, or canceled appointments.

 

2. MEMBERSHIP TYPES

A. Silver Membership — $50/month

  • Ships every 2 months
  • Curated $100 package
  • No choices or scent changes
  • Shipping + tax paid by member

B. Gold Membership — $75/month

  • Ships every 2 months
  • Curated $150+ package
  • No choices or scent changes
  • Refill rotations curated by Skinvig
  • Shipping + tax paid by member

C. Rooted Membership — $45/month (Local Only)

  • Monthly payment becomes Skinvig Savings Balance
  • Balance may be used for loc care services, Skinvig products, and add‑ons
  • Service rates: $65/hr or $35/half hour
  • Balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded

D. MARUQ Membership — $98/month (8‑Month Program)

  • Monthly Zoom‑based body‑care instruction
  • Replays + community access
  • Monthly product pairings
  • Practical, technique‑based self‑care curriculum
  • Not a religious or spiritual program

 

3. PAYMENT SCHEDULE OPTIONS (Where Applicable)

  • Monthly Plan: Auto‑billed each month
  • Paid‑in‑Full: Discounted rate + bonus gift (when offered)
  • Installment Plan: 3‑payment option
  • Sponsorship: Custom arrangements available

You authorize Skinvig to charge your payment method according to the plan you select.

 

4. SHIPPING & TAX (Silver + Gold)

Members are responsible for all shipping fees and applicable taxes.
Shipments are sent every 2 months based on your membership tier.

 

5. CURATED CONTENT (Silver + Gold + MARUQ)

All packages, products, and monthly teachings are curated by Skinvig.
No substitutions, scent changes, or customizations are available.

 

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your membership at any time.
All payments already made remain applied to goods, services, or credits within your membership tier.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.

 

7. FAILED OR MISSED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails:

  • Your membership will pause
  • No shipments, services, or access will be provided until payment is completed
  • Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation

 

8. ACCOUNT CREDITS (Rooted + MARUQ)

Credits do not expire while your membership is active.
If you cancel, your remaining balance stays available for future services or products.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred.

 

9. COMMUNICATION

Members agree to maintain a valid email address for:

  • Billing notices
  • Shipping updates
  • Zoom links (MARUQ)
  • Membership changes

 

10. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By enrolling in any Skinvig Membership, you confirm:

“I acknowledge and agree that all membership payments are nonrefundable and will be applied as product or service credit on my membership account.”

Your enrollment serves as your digital signature.
