Refund & Membership Policy
Skinvig is committed to clarity, fairness, and premium customer care.
This policy outlines how refunds, returns, exchanges, and membership payments are handled.

A1 — Refund Policy Overview
Skinvig offers refunds and exchanges on eligible retail products within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Membership payments (Silver, Gold, Rooted, MARUQ) are nonrefundable and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstance. Membership payments are applied as product or service credit according to the membership tier selected.

A2 — Eligibility for Returns (Retail Products Only)
To qualify for a return:
•     Item must be mostly unused
•     Item must be in the same condition received
•     Item must be in original packaging
•     Receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non‑returnable items include:
•     Gift cards
•     Downloadable software
•     Certain health and personal care items

A3 — Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
•     Items not in original condition
•     Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
•     Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

A4 — Refund Process (Retail Products Only)
Once your return is received and inspected:
•     You will receive an email confirming receipt
•     You will be notified of approval or rejection
•     If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within two weeks
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund:
1.     Check your bank account
2.     Contact your credit card company
3.     Contact your bank

A5 — Sale Items
Only regular‑priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

A6 — Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.

A7 — Membership Payments (Nonrefundable)
All payments made toward Silver, Gold, Rooted, and MARUQ memberships are nonrefundable.
By enrolling in any Skinvig membership, you confirm:
“I acknowledge and agree that all membership payments are nonrefundable and will be applied as product or service credit on my membership account.”
•     No refunds for unused credits
•     No refunds for missed shipments or missed sessions
•     Cancellation stops future billing only
•     Past payments remain applied to goods, services, or credits
•     Rooted balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded

A8 — Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the gift giver shipped the order to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

A9 — Shipping for Returns
Return items to:

•     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
•     Shipping costs are nonrefundable
•     If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted
•     For items over $75, a trackable shipping service or insurance is recommended
•     Skinvig is not responsible for lost return shipments
