Are Earthen Reminders pieces custom?

Yes. Every piece is shaped by hand using continuous-wire architecture. Many designs are personalized, including natal chart rings and wedding jewelry.

Are custom jewelry orders refundable?

No. All custom and personalized jewelry is final sale. Each piece is made specifically for the client and cannot be returned or resold.

Are deposits refundable?

No. Deposits secure your production time and begin the design process. Once your time is booked, it cannot be rebooked or transferred.

What metals do you use?

Earthen Reminders pieces are available in stainless steel, brass, or copper. All three metals are shaped by hand and offer different tones and energies. Copper naturally patinas over time.

Do you offer alterations?

Minor adjustments may be available for an additional fee. Alterations do not include refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

What if someone drops out of the wedding party?

Wedding jewelry remains final sale. Changes in roles, participation, or wedding plans do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

How do I start a custom order?

Submit the intake form on the product page. Once your form is received, your design process begins and your production time is secured.

What if I don't know my birth time for a natal chart ring?

A close estimate is acceptable. Your ring will still be mapped accurately based on the information you provide.

How long does production take?

Production time varies based on metal choice, stone availability, and seasonal demand. Rush requests may require an additional fee.
